Job description:

• Planning daily tool room activities according to the priority.

• To attend breakdown of moulds on machine.

• Why why analysis for repetitive break downs and solving with preventing for recurrence.

• To do cost reduction of in-house maintenance.

• Welding and matching of moulds for flash reduction.

• Responsible to improvement /kaizen on moulds.

• Solving customer complaints which receive from quality department.

• To maintain MTTR & MTBF documents

• To maintain TS documents for tool room..

• Reduction in MTTR. No production shortages due to tool breakdown.

• Updating and managing critical spares.

Educational Qualification: Msc Automotive product design, Diploma in tool and die making

Technical skills: Tool room engineer, tool room,MTTR,MTBF,

Soft skills: Communications skills, Team building

Experience: 5-7 years in mould maintenance
