we are seeking an experienced project manager to oversee and manage on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical instrumentation systems. the ideal candidate will have experience in the real estate industry and a strong background in project management.

key responsibilities:

- manage on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical instrumentation systems.

- troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

- ensure proper calibration, configuration, and integration of mechanical instruments.

- conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards.

- monitor and control project costs, timelines, and budgets.

- utilize critical path method (cpm) and work breakdown structure (wbs)

- conduct site surveying and analysis.

*preferred candidate:*
