We are looking for a proactive and responsible Field Loan Officer to manage loan disbursement and recovery operations in the assigned area. The role involves field visits to verify customer credentials, facilitate loan processing, and ensure timely collections of EMIs or overdue payments.

Recruit Agents / Advisors Develop agents through coaching, training, team management support etc. Drive agents and advisors team size, activity ratio, case rate per active agent and case size to achieve the premium targets.Desired Candidate Profile:- Must have Minimum 1 Year Experience in Insurance or any field sales. Must be a Graduate. Within 40 years of age.Note:-For Chennai Location Banca channel vacancy is available for both freshers and experienced.For freshers : CTC 2 to 2.4 LPA & for experienced candidate: CTC 3 to 4.2 LPA
