CONTACT : MILAN 7021504388CS and LLB both mandatoryIndustry Type Preferred: Environment Related,FMCG,Import Export,Manufacturing.Requirement:Job Description:Job Location : Navi MumbaiTiming: 10 am to 7 pm (Monday to Saturday )Indian Holidays.22 Leaves ( as per pro-rata basis )______________Key Responsibilities:Ensure organizational compliance with local, state, and international regulations.Draft, review, and manage legal documentation including contracts, MOUs, and agreements.Monitor and implement regulatory changes affecting business operations.Conduct risk assessments and ensure adherence to corporate policies and ethical standards.Manage company legal affairs including litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution.Work closely with external legal partners and internal teams to support business goals.Maintain corporate records and oversee governance documentation.Handle all ROC (Registrar of Companies) compliances, including filing of annual returns, statutory reports, and other regulatory requirements.Ensure timely filing and maintenance of statutory records as required under the Companies Act, 2013.Coordinate board meetings, prepare minutes, and maintain statutory registers.Prepare and file event-based compliance forms (DIR, MGT, AOC, etc.).______________Qualifications:CS & LLB (Both mandatory)Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate legal, compliance, and ROC work.Strong knowledge of corporate laws, ROC compliances, regulatory frameworks, and contract management.Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.Experience in the recycling or sustainability sector is a plus.CTC: 15-18 LPA ( we can give 10-20 % hike on overall CTC).Questions to be answered by Candidate:-1. Do you have experience handling court cases?2. Have you worked with Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)?3. Are you experienced in reviewing and verifying agreements and contracts?4.
