Job Title AdvocatesRoles & Responsibility 1. Reading Cases/ Documents/ Files etc. and making short summary.2. Assisting and appearing/ representing in various civil and criminal cases on behalf and against as well as handling day to day legal work.3. Drafting, vetting and finalizing various notices, replies etc.4. Support in preparing legal notice, suits, legal replies, briefs for legal advisors/ solicitors.5. To assist and expedite the process - Legal Cases, Litigations, contracts, arbitration, court issues, court proceedings (Supreme & High Court), employee related matters etc. Be the support function to the Business Group as well as the legal arm.6.
