Education and experience: LLB/ BA LLB - 1 - 2 years of experience in Litigation preferably (male candidate preferred) License: must be licensed to practice law in Maharashtra . Legal knowledge: should have a strong understanding of the law, including knowledge of relevant statutes, case law, and legal procedures, practiced in District Court, MSME, etc.Research skills: should be able to conduct legal research effectively, including using online legal databases and other resources.Writing skills: should have strong writing skills, including the ability to draft legal documents, such as briefs, motions, and pleadings.Communication skills: should be able to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other parties involved in legal matters. Shall be fluent in Marathi, Hindi and English.Attention to detail: should be able to carefully review and analyze legal documents and other materials.Time management skills: should be able to manage their time effectively to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.

To take permissions and managing relations with Pune Municipal Corporation and Traffic Police Commissionaire for permissions.To manage operations related to hoardings, installation of hoardings, electricity, etc.To maintain daily reports and progressive reports in Mumbai office.Traveling to each PMC office, grade department, Traffic Department and pursuing permission on timely basis.Liaisoning with PMC officers and Track all the progress.Daily traveling to all the locations in Pune.Good knowledge of Pune City.To visit all sites daily and check if any problem at the site and rectify the same ASAP.
