Attending court to assist solicitors and barristers with the presentation of their caseMay specialize in such areas as conveyancing, litigation, NCLT matters, drafting of contracts, criminal cases, civil disputes, company formation and debt recovery.

Monitor legal risk in real estate documentation and advise clients accordingly.Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for real estate transactions.Draft and negotiate real estate transactions.Draft routine leases and amendments.Ensure that appropriate approvals are in place before real estate transactions are executed.Manage regulatory and compliance-related services.Represent the company in purchases and sales of properties.Defend the municipal code litigation.Support legal and general advisory needs associated with a large-scale real estate portfolio

The candidate should have well knowledge in Direct and Indirect Taxation. Should be able to give advisory to the clients about the Tax Planning and can be able to work with litigation and Compliance matters.

ResponsibilitiesGive accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics (labor law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance etc.)Collaborate with management to devise efficient defense strategiesSpecify internal governance policies and regularly monitor complianceResearch and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operationsApply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advise on possible legal issuesCommunicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.), creating relations of trustDraft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the companys full legal rightsDeal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and forcesProvide clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organizationConduct your work with integrity and responsibilityMaintain current knowledge of alterations in legislationRequirements and skillsProven experience as a Legal Counsel in business environmentExcellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and proceduresFull comprehension of the influences of the external environment of a corporationDemonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategiesHigh degree of professional ethics and integritySound judgement and ability to analyse situations and informationOutstanding communication skillsBSc degree in Law or J.D. degreeMA or BSc in Business Administration will be considered an advantageNeed minimum 7-8 years of experience into Legal as Legal Counsel (Staffing).
