Job Summary:We're seeking an experienced HR Executive / Payroll Executive to manage our HR department, ensure compliance with employment laws, and oversee recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.Key Responsibilities:1. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.2. Stay updated on legislative changes and industry standards.3. Manage and supervise HR department staff.4. Oversee recruitment, selection processes, and employee onboarding & offboarding process.5. Maintain HR records, handle employee relations, and resolve conflicts.6. Manage employee benefits programs and ensure regulatory compliance. 7. Administer compensation, payroll, and performance evaluation processes.8. Develop employee recognition and rewards programs. Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees.9. Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals.10. Core competency in compliances (PF, ESIC, PT) and other HR compliances.11. Legal Provision of PF, Payment of Wages, Payment of Bonus Act ,ESIC, Maternity Benefit Act Gratuity Act Legal Compliances of PF, ESIC, Maternity Benefit , Bonus , Gratuity , Payment of Wages Factory Law, Industrial Dispute, Contract Labour, Workmen Compensation ,Minimum Wages, Trade Union Provisions, Equal Remuneration Important Labour Law Provisions and Compliance Impacting Payroll and Salary Process Prepare reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages. Maintain and update employee records ensuring complete accuracy. Liaise with other departments (e.g., HR, Finance) to ensure alignment of payroll processes and accurate reporting. In-depth knowledge of compliance regulations and procedures. Maintain registers and records as per Factory Act / Shop Act / Payment of wages / Equal remuneration/ Maternity / Bonus Act etc. Making monthly dues payment for PF / ESIC / PT within time limit. Follow-up with PF office for settlement of claim. Prepare and send ESIC cards to employees, help employees in getting permanent card and benefits of ESIC. Implementation of laws as per Government Notifications / Circulars. Liaison with Government authorities regarding labour law matters. Handle Legal inspections conducted by government authorities Prepare salary structures as per Government's minimum wages. Submitting yearly, half yearly, quarterly and monthly return under PF / ESIC / Factory Act / Shop Act, etc. Implementation of laws as per Government Notifications / Circulars. Handle Legal inspections conducted by government authorities.
