Job Summary: SVS Legal is looking for an experienced Lawyer to manage a diverse portfolio of litigation and non-litigation matters. The ideal candidate will handle daily drafting, court appearances, and the vetting of property/commercial agreements.Core Duties:Court Proceedings: Appear before District, MM, RERA, and Family courts; manage the litigation diary and filings.Documentation: Draft legal notices, rejoinders, and miscellaneous applications; assist in mediation and legal aid etc.Transactional Support: Review and vet Agreements for Sale (AFS), Gift Deeds, Release Deeds, and Conveyance documents etc..Banking Compliance: Prepare Title Search Reports and Indemnity Undertakings for banking clients.
