Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and interview candidates for various non-IT domains, including Healthcare, Finance, Administration, Logistics, and Engineering, in the US market.

Use job boards such as Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, and professional networks like LinkedIn to source qualified candidates.

Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' skills, communication, and cultural fit.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and account managers or clients.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring roles.

Requirements:

Willingness to work night shifts.

Quick learner with a positive attitude and strong negotiation skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel) and standard internet tools.

Experience in international voice or chat processes is preferred.

Customer support experience is an added advantage.
