Business Development Manager US IT Staffing

KKB Talent Network is hiring a Business Development Manager (BDM) with 5+ years of experience in US IT Staffing/US IT Consulting. The candidate will be responsible for B2B client acquisition, generating new business opportunities, developing and managing client relationships, lead generation, pipeline management, account growth, negotiations, and achieving business targets. Strong knowledge of the US staffing market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proven experience in acquiring US clients are required. Candidates with only domestic/India staffing experience are not eligible. This is a full-time onsite role based in Boduppal, Hyderabad, with a 7 PM-4 AM IST shift. Immediate joiners are preferred. Salary: ₹6-12 LPA + attractive incentives.
