Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused IT Helpdesk Coordinator to act as
the air traffic controller for our IT support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for
incoming IT requests, responsible for triaging, prioritizing, and dispatching tickets to the appropriate
technical resources. You will not necessarily be fixing the technical issues yourself unless required;
rather, you will ensure that every issue is tracked, routed efficiently, and resolved within our Service
Level Agreements (SLAs), all while providing exceptional communication to our users.
