You will collaborate closely with clients and candidates to facilitate the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to placement. Your responsibilities will include:*Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates with the skills and experience required for overseas positions.*Screening and Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and suitability for specific roles and international assignments. *Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their staffing requirements. *Market Research: Stay informed about global market trends, industry developments, and regional talent landscapes to advise clients and adapt recruitment strategies accordingly. *Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to international recruitment, including visa processes, work permits, and other legal documentation.*Candidate Support: Guide candidates through the relocation process, providing assistance with visa applications, travel arrangements, and cultural adaptation.

1. Have 3-4 years of UK recruitment experience/ should be able to understand the UK geography, Visas, Job boards, market rates etc.2. Excellent communication skills.3. Self-motivated, aggressive, driven to hit the target.4. Be able to make 50-60 calls a day and work in UK hours from the office.5. Overall experience between 6-10 yrs.6.
