1. have 3-4 years of uk recruitment experience/ should be able to understand the uk geography, visas, job boards, market rates etc.

2. excellent communication skills.

3. self-motivated, aggressive, driven to hit the target.

4. be able to make 50-60 calls a day and work in uk hours from the office.

5. overall experience between 6-10 yrs.

6. knowledge of following uk job boards - indeed, reed, linkedin, cv library.

7. work from office - mon to fri

8. location - lower parel, mumbai

9. shift timings - 1:30pm to 10:30pm ist
