as an overseas recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for positions located internationally. you will collaborate closely with clients and candidates to facilitate the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to placement. your responsibilities will include:
*candidate sourcing: utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates with the skills and experience required for overseas positions.
*screening and assessment: conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and suitability for specific roles and international assignments.
*client relationship management: build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their staffing requirements.
*market research: stay informed about global market trends, industry developments, and regional talent landscapes to advise clients and adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.
*compliance and documentation: ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to international recruitment, including visa processes, work permits, and other legal documentation.
