- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.- Managing the sales process through E-mail only.- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints on email.- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email.- Building and maintaining a CRM database.- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.- Participating in sales team meetings.

Must Be Able To Communicate With International Clients Thus Need To Have Excellent English And Communication Skills.Its A Night Shift As Our Clients Are In USA And Canada.Job Profile Requires To Connect With Transport Owners, Brokers And Shippers For Moving Freight.IT IS NOT A BPO,Need Employees Who Have Will To Excel And Grow With The Company With A Long Term Vision.
