Prepare and maintain pipeline reports, sales forecasts, performance dashboards and present to senior management. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree (Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related). MBA preferred. 5-8 years proven track record in B2B sales/business development of security products/services (cybersecurity, network security, access control, surveillance, etc.) or IT solutions (software, digital transformation) preferably with some export/overseas exposure. Strong understanding of partner/channel sales, overseas business development, reseller/distributor models. Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Comfortable travelling within India and internationally (as required) for client meetings, partner visits, and exhibitions. Self-driven, target-oriented, able to operate independently as well as collaborate across teams. Familiarity with tendering, RFP/RFI processes, and export business would be an advantage.
