Roles and Responsibilities:-Generate new business leads through market research and outreach (e.g. email, LinkedIn, etc.)-Contact potential customers and build relationships with key decision-makers-Develop a deep understanding of the potential customers business and content marketing needs-Articulate the value proposition of the Digital Marketing Agencys content marketing services-Negotiate and close new business deals-Manage a large number of leads and potential customers in an organized manner-Keep track of all customer interactions in the agencys CRM-Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the Manager of Business Development-Bachelors degree. Good command of English Language-Min. 6 months of experience in sales, business development, or customer success role.-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.-Ability to quickly build rapport with potential customers.-Detail-oriented and organized.-Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.-Familiarity with the content marketing landscape is a plus.-Experience working in a digital marketing agency is a plus.Key Skills Strong Communication, and English is a must.Experience: Min. 6 months. Job Description - Identifying potential customers, creating a pitch, and presenting it to them.- Keep records of sales, revenue, etc.- End-to-end sales process- Ed-tech sales- You need to sell digital marketing packages available - Handle objections by clarifying, convincing, and working through differences to a positive conclusion with prospective and present clients.- Present new services and enhance existing relationships.- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.- Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.- Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the companys CRM.
