Dear Candidate,We are hiring for a leading life insurance company.Key Responsibility:Exceed recruitment target on new agency leaders and agent enrollments.Enhance the quantity and quality of recruitment by developing successful leaders.Emphasis on quality recruitment by the Agency Leaders and Agency Associates through one-on-onesession.Create a mutual support platform for Financial Executives, Agency Associates, and Agents to enableeasier recruitment.Enhance AFYP & Number of cases by the unit.Focus on potential EC, MDRT, and CEO council agents throughout the entire unit.Focus on a number of R&R winners.Focus on the enablement and development of the teamEnsure agents, agency associates, agency associates' unit, and agency leader unit are in compliance withvarious IRDAguidelines.>Timely contract of agents and agency associates within regulatory guidelines> Monitoring IRDA guidelines impacting the AAP channel at a regional level.Track competition regularly at the regional level on various measures, such as new strategies, newcompensation modelsetc., with particular reference to the Financial Executives / AAP model developed by the competitors.Execute plans for the growth of the agency> Identify, interview, and select new leaders from the market and by networkingEnsure adherence to laid down sales and service standards for Financial Executives, Agency Associates, and Agent Advisors.> Conduct weekly performance review and planning (PRP) for the teamEnsure retention of the team by formulating their development plans, meeting their training needsneeds and communicating with them on a regular basis.> Handhold, develop, and supervise Financial Executives, Agency Associates, and Agents to meet the planand follow growth leadership practices.Measures of Success:Building a chain of successful leaders (Financial Executives)Recruitment (contracted agents) numbersAdd-on of AFYP & the number of cases in the team.> Add-on of a number of new agency associatesCase Rate & Case SizeAgent satisfaction survey> Accuracy and timeliness of informationCTC: Up to 5.0LPAExperience: Minimum 2 years of Life insurance experience is mandatoryTo apply, kindly call or WhatsApp on 9759214468 and email at nikita.koli@assuredjob.inRegardsNIKITA
