Support clients in selecting appropriate insurance products aligned with regulatory and commercial requirements. Convert inquiries into sales through effective communication, negotiation, and consultative selling. C. Client Relationship Management Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure renewals, retention, and cross-selling opportunities. Conduct regular client engagement meetings, renewal discussions, and policy servicing follow-ups. Provide professional advice regarding policy features, terms, benefits, and coverage options. Assist clients with claims processes and provide end-to-end after-sales support for a smooth service experience. Policy Processing & Administration Process new policy applications accurately and within the defined timeline. Prepare, review, and negotiate policy renewals to achieve maximum client retention.
