Stem Instructor

We are looking for a passionate Stem Instructor to join our team in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a background in STEM fields and experience in teaching or training. This full-time position requires a commitment to working from the office.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Develop Course Content:** Create engaging and effective lesson plans and materials focused on STEM topics to enhance student understanding and interest.

- **Conduct Classes:** Deliver interactive and hands-on instruction to students, encouraging participation and exploring real-world applications of STEM concepts.

- **Assess Student Progress:** Monitor and evaluate each student’s performance through tests, projects, and participation to identify areas for improvement.

- **Encourage Critical Thinking:** Foster an environment where students can ask questions, explore various solutions, and think critically about scientific and mathematical challenges.

- **Collaborate with Colleagues:** Work with other instructors to share best practices, align curriculum, and contribute to a positive team culture focused on student success.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**
