Stem Instructor

We are looking for a passionate Stem Instructor to join our team in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a background in STEM fields and experience in teaching or training. This full-time position requires a commitment to working from the office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop Course Content: Create engaging and effective lesson plans and materials focused on STEM topics to enhance student understanding and interest.

- Conduct Classes: Deliver interactive and hands-on instruction to students, encouraging participation and exploring real-world applications of STEM concepts.

- Assess Student Progress: Monitor and evaluate each student’s performance through tests, projects, and participation to identify areas for improvement.

- Encourage Critical Thinking: Foster an environment where students can ask questions, explore various solutions, and think critically about scientific and mathematical challenges.

- Collaborate with Colleagues: Work with other instructors to share best practices, align curriculum, and contribute to a positive team culture focused on student success.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess a strong background in STEM education, ideally with 1 to 4 years of experience in teaching or training roles. An educational qualification such as a vocational course, professional degree, or advanced diploma in a relevant field is necessary.
