Group Instructor

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Group Instructor at Rocksport in the Greater Delhi Area, with some flexibility for remote work. The Group Instructor will be responsible for leading and facilitating adventure activities, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of participants, and delivering memorable experiences. They will also collaborate with the Rocksport team to create engaging and fun-filled programs.

Qualifications

Experience in facilitating group activities and adventure programs

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of safety protocols and emergency procedures

Ability to work well in a team and independently

Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus

Passion for outdoor activities and adventure sports

Previous experience working with children and families

Flexible schedule to accommodate varied program timings
