Job Title: Sales Engineer Experience Required: 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the industrial equipment or automobile spare parts industry.Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team. As a Sales Engineer for our Industrial Sales & Spare Parts department, you will be responsible for generating new business and managing existing accounts. You will use your technical knowledge and sales skills to promote our products and services to potential customers, as well as maintain and grow relationships with current customers.Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, while maintaining and expanding current customer accounts.- Understand customer needs and requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.- Provide technical support to customers and answer their questions about product specifications, applications, and features.- Build strong relationships with customers by maintaining regular contact and providing exceptional customer service.- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, production, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction.- Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and sales presentations to customers.- Maintain accurate sales records, including sales pipeline, forecasts, and customer information in system.Requirements:- Diploma/BE-Mechanical/Electrical or a related field.- Strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment or automobile spare parts.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Willingness to travel to meet with customers, attend trade shows, and industry events.
