Role & Responsibilities:Identifying candidates with the right skills to match the clients' requirements.Regularly interacting with Account Manager/ Team Lead to understand the requirement.Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting.Source profiles through various US Job Portals like Career Builder, Monster and Networking sites like LinkedIn and metasearch engines and search tools like Indeed & e-Recruitment platforms as per the requirement.Reading resumes and over the phone qualifying candidates for technical fitment (eligibility), Behavioral fitment, Stability (Suitability) etc. Should ensure to revert / submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submittals to meet sharp deadlines of submittals for each requisition.Making use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals.Must be good team player and should be capable to interact with the team members on a regular basis.Must have good attitude and should show commitment towards the given responsibilities.Ensure appropriate paperwork is done for placementsShould have ability to comprehend about basic compliance parameter prior to submitting resume to the clientYou can also Walkin to our office with your resume for a face-to-face interview between 07:30 PM IST to 04:30 AM IST from Monday to Friday(except US holidays) with your resume.
