Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & OnboardingWorkforce Planning: Partner with department heads (Production, Sales, Engineering) to identify hiring needs and budget for new positions.Recruitment Strategy: Oversee the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing candidates via portals and consultants (like Dynamo & Co.) to conducting final interviews and salary negotiations.Orientation: Design and lead the onboarding process to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the company culture. Statutory Compliance & Labor RelationsLegal Adherence: Ensure the company complies with all Indian labor laws, including the Factories Act, PF, ESIC, Bonus Act, and Gratuity Act.Grievance Handling: Act as a neutral mediator to resolve employee conflicts, disciplinary issues, and workplace grievances.Audit Readiness: Maintain all statutory registers and documents for labor inspections and ISO audits. Performance & Talent ManagementAppraisal Systems: Design and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and annual performance review cycles.Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and organize technical or soft-skills training sessions for staff and workers.Succession Planning: Identify high-potential employees and create growth paths to prepare them for future leadership roles. Compensation & BenefitsPayroll Oversight: Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll, including attendance tracking, overtime, and deductions.Benchmarking: Regularly review and update salary structures to ensure the company remains competitive in the local market (e.g., Nashik industrial rates).Employee Wellness: Manage employee insurance, health checkups, and safety initiatives.
