JOB DESCRIPTION: To ensure daily HR & Admin routine activities in the company. To maintain employees' daily attendance & movement monitoring systemTo review and support Team Administration to manage the key deliverables including Procurement, Travel, Conveyance, Communication, Vehicle Hire, Office Notices & Display Board, Fire Safety & Compliance, Office Repairs & Maintenance, Annual Maintenance Contracts, Asset Issuance and Tracking, Vendor Management & Disaster Management policy.Organize and Maintain Personnel records;Regular updation of internal databases sick leave etcAssist Payroll Department by providing relevant Employee information leave of absences, sick days etc.,Arrange travel accommodations and process Travel Expense forms;Responsible for all Security related activities of a unit, including maintaining Companys security related records at Security Gate, Responsible for procurement of local material supplies Reach potential vendor, get quotes, negotiate, track order, compare quality etc.Responsible for various Checklist and SOP compliance
