Responsibilities:Support end to end HR service deliverySupport end to end recruitment processInduction and assimilation of the new joinersEmployee Confirmation, Performance Management, and AppraisalsEmployee Grievance and counselingConduct regular employee connect sessions to understand their concerns and implement an action plan to address themFocus on supervisory enablement activitiesPlan and execute engagement activities for the locationAddress and resolve employee queries in a timely mannerManage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigationsMaintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees and ensuring regulatory complianceWork closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivityProvide HR policy guidance and interpretationAttrition Management and retentionManage all the documentation related to the employees that include employee files, promotion/appraisal documents, statutory documents, and exit documentsManage Access Card, Biometric systemEmployee Engagement activitiesEnsuring a proper database of reports are maintainedManage & facing internal & external auditsAdhering to QMS & ISMS compliancesTraining & Development:Ensuring that proper induction and adequate training are been imparted to employeesFacilitate & co-ordinate internal & external training for the employeesCorporate Initiatives:Oversee and coordinate day-to-day services and operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards of practiceRequirements:Must have amazing communication skillsMust have a thorough knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process.Immediate joiners will be preferred.
