Checking guests in and out.Receiving and managing reservations made online and telephonically.Verifying guests payment methods during check-in.Assigning rooms to guests and informing them of any specials offered by the hotel.Organizing transport services for guests at their request.Providing guests with information about the hotel.Keeping abreast of attractions that may be of interest to guests.Serving as a host at conferences and ensuring that all relevant preparations are made for the event.

Greets customers and offers restaurant or caf menus, answers questions about menu offerings, processes food and drink orders, carries food and drinks from kitchen to tables, and prepares bills and process payments.

1)2 4 years of experience in Food & Beverage Retail store handling; preferably coffee shop2)Candidate with Hotel management degree preferred3)Passionate sales person. Know how to track Target vs Forecast on daily basis.4)Handle a team of around 8 members5)Stock & Inventory management experience a must6)Good at handling billing and cash flowCustomer and Issue handling. Take spot decision7)Speak English and Tamil.8)Basic knowledge in using computer and XLS sheets9)Good knowledge of personal and professional grooming a must.10)Honest and transparent communication a must.11)Food Allowances & Accommodation Provided.12)Attractive Sales Incentives.
