The role involves handling rental operations, tenant relations, legal documentation, property maintenance, and overall asset management.The manager will also supervise operations of our premium farmhouse property Casa Serene, ensuring smooth guest experience and efficient property upkeep.This role requires someone organized, trustworthy, and capable of independently managing multiple real estate assets.Key ResponsibilitiesProperty Management Manage day-to-day operations of all owned properties. Monitor property maintenance, repairs, and vendor coordination. Ensure properties remain well maintained and operational at all times. Conduct periodic inspections of residential, commercial, and hospitality properties.Rental & Lease Management Manage tenant onboarding, screening, and communication. Prepare and maintain lease agreements, rent agreements, and renewals. Track rental payments and ensure timely rent collection.
