The farmhouse is listed on platforms like Airbnb and caters to families, couples, and small groups looking for a unique and aesthetic farmhouse experience.
We are continuously enhancing the property’s architecture, interiors, and landscaping to create a premium boutique farmstay experience. Therefore, we are looking for a creative and responsible person who can help manage operations while also contributing ideas to improve the property aesthetically.

Role Overview
This is a multi-functional role combining hospitality management, guest experience, content creation, and aesthetic property development.
The ideal candidate will ensure the farmhouse is always guest-ready, handle bookings and guest interactions, create engaging social media content, and contribute creative ideas for improving the architecture, interiors, and landscape design of the property.

Key Responsibilities
Property Operations
• Visit and inspect the property daily to ensure it is clean and guest-ready
• Coordinate with housekeeping, gardeners, and maintenance staff
• Conduct property inspections before every guest check-in
• Maintain inventory of linens, toiletries, and supplies

Guest Experience
• Manage guest bookings and inquiries
• Coordinate check-in and checkout processes
• Welcome guests and provide a property walkthrough
• Ensure guests have a comfortable and memorable stay
• Handle guest requests and feedback professionally

Content Creation & Marketing
• Create engaging photos and videos of the property
• Post reels, stories, and updates regularly on Instagram
• Respond to messages and booking inquiries on social media
• Promote weekday offers, weekend stays, and small events
• Collaborate with influencers and content creators

Booking & Lead Management
• Manage booking calendar on Airbnb
• Handle inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and social media
• Help generate bookings for stays and private gatherings

Property Enhancement & Design Input
Since the property is constantly evolving, the candidate should also:
• Provide ideas to improve interiors, furniture placement, and décor
• Suggest improvements in landscape design, plants, and outdoor spaces
• Help maintain the overall aesthetic and visual appeal of the property
• Assist in styling spaces for photos, guest experiences, and social media content
