Worker Activities Packing Material Factory Worker

Key Roles & Responsibilities:1. Raw Material Handling:o Opening & Cleaning: Clean and open raw cotton bales, ensuring the removal of dust, debris, and impurities to prepare the cotton for processing.o Weighing & Sorting: Accurately weigh raw cotton bales and sort them based on their quality, grade, and specifications to meet manufacturing requirements.2. Manufacturing Processes:o Boiling & Bleaching: Operate boiling and bleaching equipment to treat cotton for cleanliness, color consistency, and other specifications.o Drying & Lapping: Ensure cotton is properly dried and form laps to prepare the material for the next phase of production.o Carding & Rolling: Utilize carding and rolling machines to break down cotton fibers and prepare them for cutting and packaging.o Cutting & Packaging: Accurately cut cotton into specified sizes and package the cotton products according to customer or company requirements.3. Quality Control:o Inspecting & Testing: Conduct regular inspections of cotton products to check for defects and ensure that quality standards are met.o Maintaining Records: Maintain accurate production and quality control records, documenting any deviations or issues, and ensuring corrective actions are taken promptly.4.
