We're seeking an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support for our organization's desktop infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:1. Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.2. Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.3. Resolve technical issues remotely or on-site.4. Configure and manage user accounts, email, and network settings.5. Monitor and maintain inventory of hardware and software

Needed Staff Members Profile- Technical support executive Location- pan india.Available to join from 16th of the August . Totally Work from home. 5 Days a week work. Saturday would be half day, work till 2 pm only. Sunday is holiday.
