Responsibilities:Prepare and manage all shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping labels.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely preparation of shipments.Liaise with freight forwarders and carriers to schedule shipments and track delivery status.Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements.Handle import/export documentation and resolve any related issues or discrepancies.Maintain accurate records of all shipments and documentation for auditing purposes.Monitor shipping costs and negotiate rates with logistics partners to optimize expenses.Address customer inquiries and provide updates on shipment status as required.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in documentation and shipping, preferably in the garments export industry.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and shipping software.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues.Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.Salary Range:The salary range for this position is between 25,000 - 35,000 INR per month, depending on qualifications and experience.

Develops a purchasing strategy. Reviews and processes purchase orders. Manages other members of the purchasing team. Maintains records of goods ordered and received. Negotiates prices and contracts with suppliers. Builds and maintains relationships with vendors. Selects prospective vendors and negotiates contracts. Evaluates vendors based on quality, timeliness, and price. Schedules deliveries and ensures timely fulfillment of orders. Researches and evaluates vendors to compare pricing and services. Coordinates with fellow managers to monitor inventory and determine supply needs. Ensures quality of procured items and addresses problems when they arise. Keeps up with trends in procurement. Travels to vendor locations. Stays current with purchasing technology trends and oversees purchase and implementation, as necessary.

1. To check supplier documents as per Govt Authority requirements for export & Import.2. To guide to supplier to prepare the documents if any deviation.3. To prepare checklist as per provided documents by supplier with correct HS code as per actual commodity.4. After approval from concern team from supplier, file Shipping bill / Bill of Entry to customs through EDI.5. To check to customs error message received for documents if any and need to clarify to customers accordingly.6. Shipping bill / Bill of Entry final print share to customers.
