Must have existing shipper base which can be diverted once onboard. Should be Good in preparing market reports. Should be Good in Client Acquisition & Retention.Job Responsibilities :Sharing of client leads with sales team to focus on bringing new customers on board.Proper checking and Approval of all quotation and Jobs for all verticals i.e. Ocean, Air, Project.To accompany with sales team when necessary to bring new customer on board and recovery of payment, if it is delayed beyond a certain limit or to solve any problem arise with customer.Conducting weekly sales meeting to discuss the outstanding with current customers and the targeted customers with their feedback and enquiries generation.All types of credit, commission approvals from management.Bringing new customers on board, sending them quotation, building relations with customers.Guiding operation team wherever required expertise in handling and custom clearance activities of any typical commodity.Team building activities within the team members to co-operate with each other where ever necessary.Achieve monthly / annual revenue budgeFilling of any fresh sales staff wherever necessary.KRAs :Manage the Freight Forwarding business.Source new business as well as expand scope of work from existing clientsAchieve monthly / annual revenue budgetEnsure timely collections from clients within credit periodInnovative in providing solution as well as collaborate with different verticals for business integration which can be beneficial to the organizationMonitoring sales team to Achieve their budgetPeople ManagementQuality and System compliance.
