Pre-interview preparation and post-interview follow-up. Understanding of clients requirements. Follow up with the selected candidates till the date of joining. Maintaining the candidates database of various levels. Regular Interaction with the client. Proactive approach in helping the team on daily operations.Essential Conditions: Candidate must be from Delhi or near by. Fresher or candidates having experience in recruitment only.
