Searching for new clients Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers and generate business. Implement marketing strategies, Brand Building with supporting on line corporate communications, websites, brochures, presentations and advertising. Managing and interpreting customer requirements. Attend the enquiries received from client. Preparing technical proposal with detailed estimation sheet (Materials type, Materials Quantity and Material cost). Coordinate with clients & finalize the order by agreeing terms and conditions Follow up the client time to-time after submission of offers & negotiation for closing the orders. Maintaining the status of offers after tracking with the clients. Administering client accounts. Offering after-sales support services and addressing client problems and issues. Meeting sales targets Reports to Management

Key responsibilities to coordinate between clients in line with Project requirement. Preparation of the pre-bid technical queries, Techno commercial offers. Work Out enquiry according to that decided Input & Output list Reading P & ID & decide Input & Outputs. Selection of PLC like Allen Bradley, Schneider etc. Preparation of BOM & Techno commercial Offers. Estimation & detailed costing of PLC, Control Panel, SCADA, HMI, Etc. Panel designing Preparation of General Arrangement diagram in Autocad. Preparation of SLD diagram in Autocad. Generation Of FAT documents. Preparation of Invoice Maintain all documents after start up project Project scheduling, project management Vendor Development & vendor discussions, enquiry generations to vendor. Negotiation & finalize Purchase order of clients & vendors. Manage all the materials as per requirements of projects. Backend support to Marketing team. Coordination with marketing team, manufacturing & commissioning team.

Qualification : BE / Diploma in Mechanical / Instrumentation.Should be fluent in Spoken & Written English, Spoken HindiKnowledge of Spoken Marathi will be an added advantageShould be able to communicate effectively both with external as well as the internal Customers.Should be able to work efficiently on MS Office Programmes like Word, Excel and Outlook at a reasonably goodspeedShould be a good learner , enough to acquire the Product knowledge in the course of training period.Should be able to acquire in the course of training period , an adequate working knowledge of Commercial termsand conditions, commercial documentation, Taxes etc.Job ResponsibilitiesUnderstanding customer's technical requirements (over Phone or email) and selecting a Product or Servicesuitable for that customerProviding Support to Field Sales team , Product cost estimation and submitting the Proposals to the CustomerOrder receipt and Order Processing.
