Designation:Executive/ Senior Executive Marketing & CommunicationRole Summary: Executive/ Senior Executive Marketing & Communication will be responsible for designing the marketing, communications, PR and media creatives in line with LPFs vision, mission, strategy and projects.Key Responsibilities: Create, write and disseminate content for e-mailers, short films/ videos of various events/ programs. Work with PR agency on Public Relations releases. Create and develop content for Website, Newsletter, Annual Reports and Social media. Design creatives and relevant content with the use of photo editing software such as Canva. Design and develop the content for LPF Marketing Collaterals and social media platforms. Act as a storyteller, who can combine visuals, designs and writing in a powerful way.Qualification, Skills & Competencies: Bachelors/ Masters Degree in Mass Communication/ Marketing/ Communication. 3-8 years of work experience in Marketing & Communication Proficiency in creating, editing, and promoting written, visual, and digital content. Good interpersonal, communication & presentation skills. Other Details: Female candidates only can apply. LPF operates 6 days a week. Effective April 2023, alternate Saturdays would be off.

> Good knowledge and understanding of different types of Marketing.> Skill with computers, including knowledge of Google Docs and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)> Skills in Digital marketing, email marketing, creative writing, social media marketing, Facebook marketing, Instagram marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), and search engine optimization (SEO), Keyword searching, image optimization.> Capability to create social media posts/flyers using design tools such as Canva, etc.> Knowledge required of Facebook ads, Instagram ads, Google ads, and lead generation.> Create social media content and ideas that are interesting and engaging.> Consistently brainstorm and collaborate with the team for new ideas and strategies> Keep up with the latest digital marketing trends and create original content such as blog posts, email newsletters, and case studies.> Ability to work independently or as an active team member.> Create strategies for increasing organic reach. Good research capability.> Excellent communication and writing skills, as well as customer and client handling talents.> Ready to learn new technologies and technics.
