Required: 06 Months 2 YearsSalary: NegotiableLocation: Sector 63, NoidaNo. of opening: 02Function: Product Demos, User Training, Sales Support, Service SupportRoles and Responsibilities:- Understand clinical principles and product usage- Understand and explain product benefits to clinicians and nurses- Answer customers' questions (clinical and technical) on how to use the product- Conduct device demos on patients; Collect usage data- Train nursing staff on product usage, storage, cleaning, and troubleshooting- Support the sales team to get feedback from doctors/stakeholders- Service support such as troubleshooting- Installing and calibrating biomedical machines, equipment, and software.- Evaluating the safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of biomedical machines, equipment,and software.- Maintaining and repairing biomedical machines and equipment, when needed. Providingtechnical support, when needed.- Keeping up-to-date service histories on all biomedical machines and equipment.Requirements:- Experience: 6 months -02 years- Education: Bachelors in one of Nursing, BioMedical Engineering- Strong communication and presentation skills- Basic understanding of Physiology/Clinical terms and/or medical device technology (notmandatory)- Experience of working in hospitals and communicating with Doctors (preferred)- Being multilingual and having previous experience in ICU would be a plus.
