To receive & attend the service / breakdown calls and provide the resolution to the customers with set service standards. Supervise and make service plan for Installation & Commissioning, Warranty, AMC, Breakdown & Courtesy visits. Coordinate with the technical team from OEMs and ensure timely and accurate completion of service requests, work orders and documentation.Requirement : An affinity with handling metal 3D printing machines, CNC/PLC and Robotic based machines, Automation and Control Systems. Knowledge about the troubleshooting, repair and service of 3D Printers / CNC Machine Tools / Special Purpose Machines Hands-on experience of handling imported sophisticated high end scientific instruments / capital equipment/ machine tools is desired. Hands on Experience with Vacuum Systems and Control Instrumentation will be an added advantage.
