Role & Responsibilities:Manage & monitor all import/export shipments.Must able to easily understand and effectively handle shipment on time.Responsible for export documentation ,payment terms and avoid any discrepancy.Build relationship with shipping companies and shipping lines for export freight negotiations and optimizing cot of exports.Updating and communicating with customers on shipment, documentation and payment status on time.Liaising for all import/export activities including inland ports with CHA, transporter ,banks marketing and plant team for on time delivery.Responsible for EBRC,IDPMS& EDPMS closure.Ensuring proper utilization of PCFC Limits.Maintain necessary MIS for the smooth and transparent functioning of the department.Timely processing of EXIM bills, month end provision and knowledge of complete accounting and budgeting.Keeping track of all government policies of India and countries we are dealing with for EXIM related issues with respect to FTAs, MEIS, Duty drawbacks etc.
