Job DescriptionThe Student Recruitment is responsible for promoting and selling Undergraduate and Postgraduate programs of the University to potential students, responding to inquiries from potential students on various programs, and identifying the appropriate programs to meet these goals. The primary function of this position is to maximize each opportunity to market programs to meet and exceed the enrollment targets for the University.Specific ResponsibilitiesThe Student Recruitment will be responsible for the following and other related duties assigned to support the sales objectives and purpose of the University.Responding to email, telephone and walk-in inquiries from potential students; promoting the programs and services of the UniversityInterviewing potential students to explore their background, interests and identify their individual career goals; advice on appropriate programs to meet their goalsCompleting enrollment of new students, including related paperwork and providing information on payment optionsMaintaining records to track and follow up on potential leads, providing motivation and encouragement to potential students as appropriateTracking and reporting on daily, weekly activities (i.e. leads, appointments, interviews, enrollment)Providing ongoing coaching/motivation to students to support successful conversion to the programParticipating in online and offline sales and marketing info-sessions, events, roadshows, open houses, school tours, home visits and any other similar BTL activitiesEstablishing and maintaining weekly targetsPosition RequirementsMust be committed to developing, maintaining and demonstrating the following:Sales hunting mindsetInnovative mindsetContinuous LearnerEducation and Experience:Graduate with a minimum of 2 years of post-secondary admissions and/or student outreach experience is requiredFluency in English and local languageWork experience in student outreach for higher ed/edtech company
