Educational Counsellor - Mathura

We are looking for an Educational Counsellor to support students in making informed decisions about their educational paths. This is a full-time position that allows you to work from home, based in Mathura.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Provide Guidance to Students:** Assist students in understanding various educational programs and career options, helping them select courses or institutions that suit their interests and goals.

- **Conduct Assessments:** Evaluate students' educational backgrounds and preferences through assessments to offer tailored advice and recommendations.

- **Organize Workshops:** Plan and conduct informational sessions or workshops to educate students and parents about admissions processes, application procedures, and financial aid opportunities.

- **Stay Updated on Trends:** Keep informed about changes in educational landscapes, including new programs, scholarships, and career trends to provide the most accurate advice.

- **Build Relationships:** Establish and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions to facilitate a smooth counselling process.

- **Document and Track Progress:** Maintain records of student interactions and progress to refine counselling methods and provide follow-up support as needed.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

The ideal candidate should have a degree in fields such as , , or any equivalent educational background. A minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience in educational counselling or a related role is essential. Strong communication skills are necessary to explain complex information clearly. You should be empathetic, patient, and able to motivate students, while also having excellent organizational skills to manage multiple cases at once effectively.
