The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for prospective students, providing expert guidance on our language training programs, assisting them throughout the enrollment process, and helping them make informed decisions about their language learning and career goals.Key Responsibilities:Engage with prospective students through walk-ins, calls, emails, and online inquiries.Understand the individual needs, interests, and goals of students to recommend the most suitable language courses and learning paths.Explain course details, training methodology, fee structure, schedules, and career benefits in a clear and convincing manner.Provide accurate and up-to-date information on course offerings, certifications, and industry relevance of language skills.Assist students with the enrollment process, documentation, and fee payment.Follow up regularly with prospects and existing students to improve conversion and retention rates.Build and maintain a strong relationship with students, parents, and corporate clients.Collaborate with the academic and marketing teams to align counseling efforts with promotional campaigns and academic schedules.Maintain proper records of all student interactions, lead status, and counseling sessions.Achieve monthly enrollment targets and contribute to the institute-s growth.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor-s degree in Education, Communication, Languages, or a related field.Proven experience in counseling, sales, or customer service (experience in language education is a plus).Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Passion for education and helping students achieve their goals.Ability to understand individual learning needs and offer appropriate solutions.Good knowledge of multiple languages is an added advantage.Proficient in using CRM tools and MS Office.Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementWork Location: In person
