Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel prospective students regarding makeup and beauty courses.Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online enquiries professionally.Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly enrolment targets.Conduct follow-ups with prospective students and maintain regular communication.Explain course details, fees, career opportunities, and placement support.Maintain enquiry, admission, and follow-up records in CRM/Excel.Coordinate with trainers and the operations team for smooth onboarding.Participate in promotional events, seminars, and admission drives.Ensure excellent customer service and student satisfaction.
