Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students regarding makeup and beauty courses.

Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online enquiries professionally.

Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly enrolment targets.

Conduct follow-ups with prospective students and maintain regular communication.

Explain course details, fees, career opportunities, and placement support.

Maintain enquiry, admission, and follow-up records in CRM/Excel.

Coordinate with trainers and the operations team for smooth onboarding.

Participate in promotional events, seminars, and admission drives.

Ensure excellent customer service and student satisfaction.
