Student Counsellor - Full Time - Freshers

We are looking for a dedicated Female Student Counsellor to join our team in Shahdara. In this role, you will help students navigate their educational and personal challenges, providing them with the support they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counseling Students: You will meet with students individually to discuss their academic and personal issues, offering guidance and support to help them cope.

- Assessing Needs: You will evaluate each student’s needs and develop personalized plans to support their growth and development.

- Conducting Workshops: You will organize workshops and seminars on topics like stress management, study skills, and career planning to enhance student well-being.

- Collaboration with Faculty: You will work closely with teachers and staff to identify students who may need additional help and to create a supportive environment.

- Tracking Progress: You will monitor the progress of students under your care and adjust your strategies as needed to ensure their continued success.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Strong communication skills are essential, as you will interact with students and staff from diverse backgrounds.

- Empathy and patience are important traits, allowing you to understand and relate to students’ issues effectively.

- Basic knowledge of counseling techniques and educational guidance is needed, but training will be provided for the right candidate.

- The ideal candidate will be organized, with good time management skills to handle multiple cases efficiently.
