Position: Educational Counsellor / Telecaller

Salary: 18,000 20,000/month (based on experience and performance) + Incentives

Roles & Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain course offerings.

Counsel students regarding their career goals and recommend suitable courses.

Handle incoming queries via calls, WhatsApp, and social media.

Follow up with leads and maintain daily records.

Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets.

Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp Web, CRM, etc.)

Prior experience in counselling or telecalling will be preferred.

Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and result-driven.
