roles and responsibilities:

- provide expert counseling services to students interested in studying abroad, focusing on mbbs and other medical programs

- conduct needs assessments to identify students' strengths, weaknesses, and interests

- develop and implement personalized education plans for students

- build relationships with students, parents, and international educational institutions

- stay up-to-date with industry trends, educational policies, and admission requirements for study abroad programs

- meet sales targets and conversion rates

- collaborate with internal teams to resolve student queries and concerns

requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in edtech industry, specifically in study abroad counseling

- proven track record of success in counseling students for study abroad programs, particularly in mbbs
