Key Responsibilities: Drive sales growth and expand market presence in the solar lighting segment. Develop and maintain strong relationships with superstockists and distributors to ensure consistent business. Identify new business opportunities and onboard potential partners in the distribution network. Achieve sales targets and enhance brand visibility in the assigned region. Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and strategies to improve sales performance. Coordinate with the internal team for product availability, pricing strategies, and promotional activities. Lead sales negotiations and close deals effectively. Requirements: 3 to 5 years of experience in sales within the lighting industry.
