Job DescriptionCompetencies: Should be able to diagnose, repairs, and/or replaces defective parts Perform services and maintenance such as greasing, lubricating, and cleaning of tools and equipment; checks and changes fluids, spark plugs; services batteries, replace and/or adjust headlights, windshield wipers, tires, turn signals, vehicle fluids, blades, etc. Should be able to test and overhaul vehicles Must be able to perform light welding as required Should operate vehicle to pick-up parts and supplies from vendors, to road test vehicles repaired, or to make service calls. Must maintain logs of repairs performed on each vehicle Must be able to assign/ oversee work and train lower level mechanics in assigned area Must ensure safety procedures are followed Must ensure parts and equipment are available to complete work assignments Must perform all other related duties as required.Key responsibilities:Maintaining all electrical equipments i.e., DG Sets, Electrical panels, motors, starters in good working conditionTo carry out timely maintenance of electrical equipmentsMaintaining DG sets in coordination with AMC vendorsTo take care of Power factor, electrical demand from electricity board, etc.To provide support to Engineer operations/ Engineer AI and HSE in carrying out electrical inspection (external)Trouble shooting any electrical faultsCoordination with local EB for electricity supply related activitiesRemuneration shall commensurate with experience & qualifications. Experienced candidates can be considered for suitable positions.
