Key Responsibilities Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally. Assist customers with queries related to services, bookings, complaints, and resolutions. Provide accurate information and ensure first-call resolution. Maintain call logs and customer interaction records. Follow communication scripts, quality standards, and company SOPs. Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team when required. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.Required Skills Good verbal communication skills in English & Hindi (regional language is a plus).
